CONDICIONES DE REPARACIÓN


Black Center is the Official Technical Service for Dewalt, Stanley, Black&Decker, Worx and Skil brands.
-If you want to repair a machine of these brands, you have to fill in the form and we will send the transport to pick it up, the collection will be done in 24/48h.
-If the machine is under warranty Black Center will pay the transport cost; in case it is out of warranty, wear and tear or misuse, the transport cost (round trip) will be 18,00€ + VAT. For the WORX Landroid range, the transport cost will be 35.25 € + VAT.
-It is essential that you print out the form that arrives in your email account and send it in the package together with the tool to be repaired.
If the machine to be sent is a battery-powered machine, you must send the complete set (machine, charger and batteries).
-The machines must be sent complete as purchased but WITHOUT ACCESSORIES, the company is not responsible for the accessories sent by the customer.
-To benefit from the GUARANTEE it is essential to present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice, delivery notes only for the current month).
-All users are obliged to pay for the labour and postage costs generated by the QUOTATION requested and not accepted.
-The user is obliged to pay €6.00 + vat per day for STORAGE from 30 days after the date of sending the QUOTATION if it has not been answered.
-The machine will be thrown away 60 days after sending the last notification if no reply has been received from the customer.
-If the QUOTATION is REJECTED, the machine will be returned DISASSEMBLED unless the customer expressly accepts the payment of the assembly costs, which will be 50% of the labour cost of the quotation. The assembly of the machine does not guarantee its operation.
-Repairs have a guarantee period of 3 months which will cover labour, those spare parts changed in the previous repair and transport costs.
